Well hello world. It’s been a long time since my last time writing here. I guess it’s time for me to start organize my life once again.
So—let’s start with a recap on what’s happening in life.
First—Lately I’m going back and forth from Jakarta to Bandung and so on. It’s been around 2 month I live another life here in Bandung. Everyday seems like a slow life, but I guess that’s what I need currently. A slow step one step at a time. Borrowing nowadays kids’ words: Healing Time. XD
Second—Remember last year’s Comic Frontier Virtual (or Comivuro)? This year Comic Frontier will be held offline at ICE BSD on September 24th~25th.
And guess what? I’m joining the event. XD Sounds crazy? I know. It’s been awhile since last time I work handling people (on selling and buying). I hope it won’t be a trouble. Here are the merchandise’s I plan to sell. Currently they’re under production process.
And I even join some card hunt event there. Like—Woa! It’s something new even for me. XD I’m joining Genshin Card Hunt, and make an illustration for 3 characters: Diona, Yanfei and Yoimiya. It’s something I won’t even think to join before I guess.
Third—I finally decided to just go with the flow for work and study. Since it is kind of impossible for me to continue on my PhD chasing, and with my current family problems (it’s a long story and kind of too personal), I decided to just live as a Freelance Illustrator/Graphic Designer at the moment. And take my time to organize my life.
Fourth—This might be something not too important, but I finally managed to ‘publish’ one of my short story. Well, it’s an anthology from a program I joined. But still, a small step forward for ‘my writer self’. Hehe..
Fifth—What else… I’m planning to apply to few publisher and studio as a freelance illustrator for book cover. But that’s still under preparation. I don’t know if my portfolio is enough to apply.
Well I guess there are still many things happening in my life right now. But I’m trying to organize it, one at a time, and at my pace. Wish me luck I guess? 😀
