If you hear the title ‘HERO’, I bet the first thing come in your mind is Mariah Carey’s song ‘HERO’.. But too bad, this time I’m not talking about that song :p

The ‘HERO’ here is actually a title of a Japanese Drama played by Kimura Takuya (from SMAP) and Matsu Takako which first aired on Japanese TV in 2001. The theme song was ‘Can You Keep A Secret’ by Utada Hikaru. πŸ˜€ It’s one of my favorite Japanese Drama so far. πŸ™‚ (aside. of Abe Hiroshi’s Shinzanmono Series)

KimuTaku plays as Kuryu Kohei, a young public prosecutor who just transfered to Tokyo from Aomori and not like the usual prosecutor, he uses casual clothes and acts with his own pace. In the contrary, his assistant, Amamiya Maiko (played by Matsu Takako) was a very strict and formal. The two has an interesting relationship to watch on the series and the drama gives an open end on how their relationship is in the end of the series. πŸ˜€ There are also few feature films which takes place on 5 years after the series. πŸ™‚

So why am I suddenly talking about this movie? Actually the J-Dorama series has launch its sequel on 2014 with the female protagonist changed from Matsu Takako into Kitagawa Keiko, who plays as Asagi Chika, Kuryu’s new assistant. The timeline takes place 7 years after the end of the feature films, and this time Amamiya didn’t show in the series, instead Kuryu was helped by Asagi and somehow Asagi starting to have feelings toward Kuryu at the end of the series. I was a bit dissapointed on the second series, since I prefer the Kuryu-Amamiya combination. :p

Preference. Hehehe..

BUT!!! Just like answering my prayer of seeing Kuryu-Amamiya combi once again, this year, there’s HERO THE MOVIE!!!! And Amamiya is in it!!! Wohoooooo!!! \(0βˆ†0)/ *ehm*

So.. As a promotion for the film, the movie somehow makes a colaboration with Universal Studio Japan and make a special event and sell food which makes appearance on the movie πŸ˜€

They also have limited goods from the movie sold here. πŸ˜€So.. What is the food? πŸ˜€ It was TAKOTACOS! πŸ˜€

You might be wondering, what the hell is TAKOTACOS? Well, fortunately, in the movie, Amamiya was now works as a prosecutor in Osaka, which is the location of Universal Studio Japan. πŸ˜€ And as everyone knows, Osaka is well known for its takoyaki. πŸ™‚ So what is Takotacos? Yep I think everyone can already guess it πŸ˜€ It’s Takoyaki and Tacos πŸ˜€

Of course, I’m excited to try it! :9 This is how it looks πŸ˜€

Looks like a normal taco? Yep..

Still looks like a normal taco? Look closer πŸ˜€

Maybe it’s not that clear but, you can see takoyaki balls on the bottom of the taco πŸ˜€ How’s the taste? Surprisingly nice :9 I like how the salsa blends well with the takoyaki. πŸ˜€
Oh, and for those who bought this Takotacos, will get a chance for a ‘special event’ πŸ˜‰ What is it?

It’s a photo opportunity with the famous St. George’s Tavern which always appears in the series! πŸ˜€

And to add the excitement, they even have the statue of the tavern’s master (bartender)!! πŸ˜€ Aaaaaaaa!!! XD

So yeah, me and Ryu goes crazy in an instance and decided to take a picture our way πŸ˜€
‘Look! The TV commercial! I wanna buy that stuff!’

‘…Ryu.. You’re drunk…’ ‘…zzz…’

Somewhat like that.. Hahahaha πŸ˜€

Well, it was a fun and nice day, although the summer heat is a bit killing us today.. Heuheuheu.. (=w=|||) But nevertheless, I’m having fun today πŸ™‚

So, I guess that wraps up today’s post πŸ˜€ That’s all for now! Jya~ne! πŸ˜‰

Sincerely, Bena nDR
